Gil is absolutely one of the most honest, hardworking men you will ever have come in to your house. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our refrigerator just quit working at 4:45PM this past Wednesday. He came over at 7:30PM and diagnosed the problem. The parts were ordered the next morning. We scheduled a time for 7:00PM tonight (Friday) because of my schedule. He was extremely communicative and was 1/2 early tonight. He replaced the damaged part and everything seems to be working like new. He answered all of my questions and even adjusted the water dispenser so my refrigerator would work more efficiently. I feel that his prices were fair and his service is excellent. I highly recommend Gil for your appliance repair needs.
Gilbert the owner knows exactly what he is doing. Took time to explain the issues in detail and coached me to defrost etc. And made the fridge usable while waiting for parts. We met him through our appliances insurance and he is simply professional stayed on top of our Sub-Zero freezer and ice maker problem.

They fixed by GE fridge after it stopped cooling the way it should have. It was really starting to bother me, food was not getting cold. I hit up these guys as they were a local appliance repair center and I ended up working with a guy named Gilbert who really helped me out and got my fridge working again quickly. Really appreciate the help guys, giltech appliance was awesome!
I had a problem with a new refrigerator. The vendor had to order parts for a warrenty repair. Once the parts arrived, GilTech Appliance was quick to respond. In fact they called me a number of times to check on part delivery. They set up an appointment to do the install the next day. They arrived on time and performed quality work. GilTech are professional and easy to work with. I will use them in further for all my appliance repairs.
They came, diagnosed, had the part in the truck and installed it. They were pleasant and efficient. Couldn’t be happier. Great business!

2- Attach the proof of purchase for all factory warranty repairs, as it is required to have it on your file even though if you have a case or authorization number through a factory.
3- Attach a photo of the model/serial number off of the unit to the service request if possible. (Model number can be found off of the unit and not the manual)
4- Submit the service request once only and if you have missed anything or want to add more info, you can simply reply to the email that you will be receving with all information needed after submitting the service request.
