Please make sure to:
1- Check the Service Area coverage (above the map) before submitting the service request.
2- Attach the proof of purchase for all factory warranty repairs, as it is required to have it on your file even though if you have a case or authorization number through a factory.
3- Attach a photo of the model/serial number off of the unit to the service request if possible. (Model number can be found off of the unit and not the manual)
4- Submit the service request once only and if you have missed anything or want to add more info, you can simply reply to the email that you will be receving with all information needed after submitting the service request.
